✨A full house for Sparkle Bingo ✨
What an incredible evening we had at Sparkle Bingo Night on Wednesday! Our inaugural Bingo event was a sell out with almost 200 tickets sold.
The room was filled with glitter, glamour, laughter and plenty of excitement as everyone came together for a fantastic night of bingo and fun. From the moment people arrived, there was a wonderful atmosphere, with everyone embracing the sparkle and getting into the spirit of the evening.
Once everyone had their free glasses of Prosecco, the Sparkle King himself, Andy led the Bingo calling and kept us amused with sparkling bingo banter throughout the night. There were plenty of tense moments though as the numbers were called, with everyone keeping their fingers crossed for that all-important BINGO! The excitement in the room made for a brilliant evening, with lots of smiles, cheers and a healthy dose of friendly competition to win the fantastic prizes, from a Pizza Night In to a Pimms Party or Stack of Lindor chocolates, not forgetting out final games for some lovely cash!
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, took part and helped make the evening such a success. Whether you were busy marking off your numbers, showing off your sparkliest outfit or simply spending time with friends, your support helped create a truly memorable night.
We’d also like to say a special thank you to Nicki & Tracy who had the idea and ran the event, as well as Steve (head barman) assisted by John and Roger, and Michelle, Catherine, Millie and Imogen who helped get decorate and get everything set up and worked behind the scenes on event day. A big thank you to Andy (the man with the balls) who made it so much fun. We'd also like to thank everyone at the Parish Council for giving us the opportunity to provide a community event with their lovely marquee – and their team also helped us build the tables when we got in. Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without the time, generosity and enthusiasm of so many people.
Most importantly, Sparkle Bingo Night brought everyone together for an evening of fun, laughter and community spirit – and we hope everyone went home with some wonderful memories – as well as some fab prizes and cash!

We are planning a Christmas Sparkle Bingo later this year.
