Building a stronger, kinder community
We’re a warm and welcoming hub, open to everyone in the village … and beyond. We’re proud to being a charity dedicated to supporting friendship, wellbeing and connection.
Enjoy a visit to our friendly Community Café, take part in our Support Groups and Social Clubs, or join in with one of our exciting community Events. Whether you’re looking for connection, support, or simply a place to relax, you’ll find it here. We also have a selection of Rooms to Hire on a regular or ad-hoc basis.
As a registered charity, we’re dedicated to providing companionship, understanding and kindness – things that make a real difference to local lives. Come and meet our team of staff and volunteers – we’d love to say hello and show you everything Chinnor Village Centre has to offer!

Discover our Café!
Our Community Café serves affordable food and drink in a warm, welcoming setting. You can find us in cosy spot right in the heart of Chinnor High Street and we have a wonderful patio for sunnier days. It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends, enjoy a hearty breakfast, a tasty lunch, or a little something in between.
Everyone’s welcome here — we’re happy to chat about any dietary needs and always do our best to cater for you. As a charity-run café, everything we do helps support our local community, so we’re also here to cater for private gatherings, including wakes, celebrations, and meetings.

Community services
We run a number of specialist support groups here at the Village Centre that focus on the specific needs of older adults within our community. Our dedicated groups run throughout the year and enable people to gather together for new experiences, companionship and, most importantly, support. Many of these groups also encourage carers to attend and alongside a calendar of entertainers and activities, from musical offerings to art and other hobbies, we also have visiting specialist advisers and therapists to provide additional information and support.
